2.Our services

We provide cleaning and related services for homes and businesses in Abu Dhabi, including deep cleaning, home and villa cleaning, hourly maid service, move-in and move-out cleaning, upholstery, carpet and mattress cleaning, marble polishing, AC duct cleaning, pest control, water tank cleaning, post-construction cleaning and commercial cleaning. The services available and the coverage area are described on the relevant pages of this site and confirmed when you book.

Descriptions on the website are a guide. The scope of work for your booking is the one we confirm with you before the visit.

3.Using our website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false or spam enquiries, or introduce anything harmful. Content on the site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

4.Quotes & estimates

Prices shown on the website are starting prices, and quotes are based on the information you give us about the property, the tasks and access. They are valid for the period stated and assume reasonable access.

If the actual job differs materially from what was described, for example extra rooms or tasks, heavy soiling, difficult access, waiting time or parking restrictions, the price may be adjusted. Where possible we will tell you before any additional charge applies.

5.Bookings & payment

• A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by WhatsApp, email or through the booking system, with the date, time slot, scope and price.
• You can pay by cash after the service or by card on arrival, as shown in your booking. We do not take online card payments through this website, and you do not need to pay to send an enquiry.
• Prices are in UAE dirhams. Confirm before the visit whether VAT applies to your booking.
• If you need a receipt or invoice, ask us when you book.

6.Your responsibilities

To help your cleaning go smoothly and safely, you agree to:

• Give accurate details about the property, rooms, surfaces, tasks and access.
• Arrange building access, parking, permits and any lift or loading-bay booking that the property requires.
• Provide water and electricity where the service needs them.
• Put away valuables and clear the areas to be cleaned before the visit.
• Be present, or appoint someone, to give access and check the agreed tasks.

Work requiring separate assessment

Tell us before booking about hazardous substances, high-level or exterior access, fragile items or specialist surfaces such as natural stone, antique rugs or delicate fabrics. These may need a separate assessment and are not assumed to be part of routine cleaning.

7.How we provide the service

We will carry out your cleaning with reasonable care and skill and treat your property and belongings responsibly. We aim to arrive within the agreed time window. Times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and building access.

Results depend on the condition of the item or surface. For example, old or set-in stains, colour loss, worn fabrics and existing damage may not be fully reversible, and we will explain what to expect where we can see it in advance.

8.Problems, claims & liability

If you notice a missed area or damage after the visit, contact us promptly with your booking reference and photos. Our free re-clean and refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Level Agreement.

• Tell us about any damage in writing as soon as possible, and normally within 7 days of the service.
• We are not responsible for damage that existed before the visit, or for wear, defects or items that were not disclosed to us.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays outside our reasonable control.
• Please ask us for insurance details before booking specialist work if you need them.

9.Cancellations & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later changes may be treated differently, and we will explain this when you contact us. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we have to change or cancel a booking, we will contact you to arrange a new time or a refund.

10.Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, road closures, building access restrictions, strikes or other force majeure events. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a new time.

11.Client accounts

You may create a client account to view your quotes and bookings. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle account data.

12.Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, logos, images and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

13.Complaints & governing law

If something goes wrong, please use our Complaints Procedure first so that we can put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. UAE consumer-protection information is available through the official UAE government portal.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when you place it. Continued use of our website means you accept the current terms.
