1.Our approach
Cleaning always uses water, products and energy. We try to use what each job needs and not more, and to be open about what we use so that you can decide what suits your home.
2.Cleaning products
We choose products to suit the surface and the task. Tell us before the visit if you have children, pets, allergies or sensitive surfaces, and we will discuss the products we plan to use. If you want us to use a particular product, or avoid one, ask when you book.
3.Water and energy
Steam and extraction methods for upholstery, carpets and mattresses use a limited amount of water compared with many conventional wet-cleaning methods. For routine cleaning, we plan the work so that the crew does not run water or equipment longer than the job needs.
4.Waste
- Post-construction and heavy-debris work is scoped separately, including what happens to the waste.
- Ask us how to dispose of items such as old chemicals or pest-control products you no longer need.
5.Travel
Every trip across Abu Dhabi uses fuel, so booking several services for the same visit means fewer trips.
6.How you can help
- Book the service that matches the need. Routine cleaning may be enough instead of deep cleaning every time.
- Group services, for example sofa and carpet cleaning with a home clean, into one visit.
- Tell us about surfaces so that we do not have to repeat treatments.
We describe our practices in plain terms and do not claim environmental certifications. If we obtain a certification, we will say so and show what it covers.
