3.Information we collect

We only ask for the information we need to give you an accurate quote and carry out your cleaning. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

When you request a quote or contact us

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The service you are asking about, the property size and type, and the address or area of the property.
• Your preferred date, and any message or photos you choose to send.

When you make a booking

• Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Your area, building or villa name, unit number and any access notes, such as gate, lift or parking instructions.
• The service and add-ons you chose, the date and time slot, the price, and your payment method (cash after service or card on arrival).
• A booking reference and tracking code so that you can follow your booking.

If you create a client account

• Your name, email address and phone number, and a profile photo if you add one.
• Your quotes and bookings linked to your account.
• Your sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password in readable form.

When you message or call us

• The content of your messages by email, phone or WhatsApp, and the details you share in them. If you use WhatsApp, Meta's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that conversation.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and device, used to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of our forms.
• Usage data collected through Google Analytics on public pages: the pages you view, the site you came from (its domain only), the language of the page, and whether you click a phone or WhatsApp link.

4.How we use your information

We use personal data to handle enquiries, provide booked services and maintain our business records. For each purpose we rely on a legal ground:

• To prepare quotes and carry out your cleaning — scheduling crews, giving them access details and completing the job (needed to provide the service you asked for).
• To communicate with you — answering enquiries, confirming bookings, sending reminders and service updates, and resetting your password when you ask (needed for the service, and in our legitimate interest to keep you informed).
• To manage your account and bookings — showing your quotes and booking history and letting you track a booking.
• To keep our site and systems secure — preventing spam, abuse and unauthorised access (our legitimate interest).
• To improve our website and services — understanding which pages and services people use (our legitimate interest, using Google Analytics).
• For marketing — we only send promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal obligations — accounting, tax, insurance and regulatory requirements.

5.Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run the service, and only as far as needed:

• Our cleaning teams and any subcontractors who carry out your booking, who receive the address, access notes and contact details needed to attend.
• Technology providers that host and operate our systems, including Google Firebase (authentication and database) and email delivery services that send booking confirmations, welcome emails and password-reset emails.
• Analytics providers, currently Google Analytics, which receives the anonymised usage data described above.
• Professional advisers and insurers where we need their advice or cover.
• Authorities and regulators where the law requires us to disclose information.

6.International transfers

Some of our technology providers, including Google, operate servers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer and on our agreements with them. Contact us if you would like more detail about the providers that handle your request.

7.How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected:

• Quote enquiries that do not lead to a booking — up to 12 months.
• Booking and job records — for the duration of our service relationship, plus up to 6 years to meet accounting and legal requirements.
• Client account details — until you ask us to delete the account, unless we must keep certain booking records for the periods above.
• Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Google Analytics data — according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

8.Your rights

Under the UAE personal data protection framework, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and any other law that applies to you, you may ask us to:

• Access — give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete — erase your data where we have no legal reason to keep it.
• Restrict — limit how we use your data.
• Port — give you your data in a portable format where this applies.
• Object — stop processing based on our legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

9.How we protect your data

We use technical and organisational measures that are appropriate to the data we handle:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) on our website and forms.
• Sign-in for client accounts through Google Firebase Authentication, and separate, restricted access for our own staff.
• Limits on how often forms can be submitted, to reduce spam and abuse.
• Access to customer details limited to the people who need them to handle a booking.

No online transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, tell us straight away.

10.Links and third-party services

Our site links to services such as WhatsApp, phone calls, review sites and social platforms. When you use them, those providers collect data under their own policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle it.

11.Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or the law change. Updates are posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and we will tell you directly about significant changes where appropriate.
