Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, we will re-clean affected areas at no charge.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours.
• A full refund may be considered if the issue remains unresolved after re-cleaning.

Cancelled Services

• 100% refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations may receive a 50% refund.
• Rescheduled services can receive credit toward the new date.

Refund Process

Submit the refund request with booking details, photos where relevant, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method where possible.
