1.General information
The information on this website is for general information and booking purposes. While Just Shine Cleaning Services works to keep information, prices and availability current and accurate, we make no representation or warranty about its completeness or suitability for your particular property.
2.Prices, quotes and estimates
Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Quotes and estimates, including those from the online price calculator, are based on the details you give and are confirmed after we review the property, tasks and access. Final prices can change if the job differs from what was described.
3.Cleaning results
Results depend on the material, age, condition and previous treatment of the surface or item. Old or set-in stains, colour loss, worn fabrics and existing damage may not be fully reversible. We will explain what we expect where we can see it in advance.
4.Images and examples
Photographs on the site illustrate our services and may not show your property or the exact outcome. Reviews and testimonials, where shown, reflect individual experiences and do not promise the same result.
5.No professional advice
Cleaning tips and guides on the site are general information. They are not building, engineering, health, safety, legal or pest-control advice. For specialist matters such as structural issues, mould, asbestos, hazardous materials or serious infestations, consult a qualified professional.
6.Third-party links
Our site links to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Just Shine Cleaning Services is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the general information on this website. This does not limit any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded. See our Terms & Conditions.
