- We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, abuse or threats, whether in person, by phone or online.
- We expect safe working conditions and respect for the people who carry out your cleaning.
3.Customers
We offer our services to customers without discrimination. We also expect our team to be treated with courtesy. If a customer behaves abusively or unsafely, we may end the visit and cancel the booking, and we will explain why.
4.Contractors and suppliers
We expect the contractors and suppliers we work with to follow the same standards of fair and respectful treatment.
5.Raising a concern

We will take it seriously, look into it fairly and confidentially, and will not treat anyone worse for raising a concern in good faith.
